Metro Cash & Carry is a German multinational wholesale chain with more than 21 million customers in 25 countries around the world.



METRO CASH & CARRY INTERNATIONAL provides support and guidance on all strategic decision from its headquarters in Düsseldorf, Germany to each country’s METRO / MAKRO board of directors.


Organization and coordination of country specific workshops with its board of directors, providing insights, KPIs and local and global market analysis.  Analysis, standardization, centralization and documentation sharing across METRO / MAKRO countries.
